Can I change my memorial after it's created?
Yes — you can update your loved one's name, photos, bio, and prompt categories at any time from your dashboard.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your memorial page becomes locked (no new submissions), but all stories and photos remain safely stored. You can reactivate anytime.
Can I order a printed book later?
Absolutely. Printed Memory Books and Photo Albums can be ordered at any point while your subscription is active, from your dashboard.

Privacy
Your memorial is private by default
Only people with the link can access a memorial. We never share or publish memorial URLs publicly.
Submissions
Content moderation built in
Contributions appear on the memorial as soon as they're shared. An automatic moderator flags anything inappropriate, which is then hidden until you review and decide.
Longevity
Built to last
All memories are stored securely and preserved for as long as your subscription is active. Printed books are yours forever.
